Delivery is free for orders of 2 cases or more (12 bottles). We make a charge for a single case and this is clearly displayed on the product page.
What happens if you are not there?
If you give us instructions, your wine can be left for you somewhere safe. We will call you to coordinate your delivery. If you would like to, please email us with a telephone number and we will call you back to discuss the options.
Where do we deliver to?
At present, we only deliver to mainland Britain. However, we are working very hard to be able to deliver to the Highlands and Islands – especially Islay, where we know our wine has many fans!
How long does it take to get to you?
Delivery can be anything from 2-7 days, and this depends on where you live, and on how much wine you order. Call us and we will give you as much information as we can about your delivery
Who delivers my wine?
In England and Wales we use the dedicated services of London City Bond. They only make deliveries of wine, and just so you know, they drive unmarked white vans. So if you look out of your window, you won’t see a branded vehicle.
We use a separate courier service to deliver to mainland Scotland.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org we will make every attempt to get back to you within 2 hours. Give us a telephone number and we will call you back.
